Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales technical design and recommend solutions aligned with Agentforce capabilities.
- Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, prompt engineering, and Data 360.
- Build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and integrated external agents.
- Develop thought leadership content focused on agent lifecycle and integration strategy.
- Act as a central technical knowledge resource and document best practices.
- Map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers into Agentforce via open standards.
- Enable conversational and background agents using Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder.
- Drive prompt engineering and define agent lifecycle best practices.
- Lead pre-sales workshops and facilitate whiteboarding sessions.
- Advise on data and integration aligning with compliance and governance policies.
