Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions.
•Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for cross-functional squads.
•Foster an inclusive, high-energy, and psychologically safe engineering culture.
•Partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders.
•Monitor key delivery metrics and coach teams on optimization.
•Serve as final technical escalation point for portfolio.
•Unblock complex data readiness, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration challenges.
•Build and anchor executive-level relationships within customer portfolio.
•Operationally run account portfolio with engineering rigor.
•Partner with Services, Account Success, and Product teams.
