Key Responsibilities
- Translate business pain into systems by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and Ops teams to map manual workflows and design AI automation targets.
- Build production agents and integrations by writing clean, maintainable code connecting LLM APIs to internal data stores and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Implement modern agent standards using standardized tools and schemas to give models safe, structured action boundaries.
- Design human-in-the-loop workflows with guardrails, schema validation, approval gates, and escalation paths.
- Ensure integration reliability by managing API rate limits, webhooks, asynchronous jobs, and retry logic.
- Measure and iterate by building evaluation harnesses to track agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and cost.
