Key Responsibilities
- Act as key contact for customers; Analyse customer needs during the (pre-)sales process and acquire the right information in order to provide tailored advice.
- Provide technical advice to internal and external customers during the pre-sales process.
- Manage the project planning from start to finish; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders about the project delivery.
- Create technical and functional specifications of applications and peripheral systems.
- Safeguard technical quality of each project in line with the company standards.
- Meet with external stakeholders during the complete phase of the project.
- Liaise with Service Department during the test/commissioning phase of the project.
