•Act as key contact for customers; analyze customer needs during the pre-sales process and provide tailored advice.
•Provide technical advice to internal and external customers during the pre-sales process.
•Manage project planning from start to finish; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
•Create technical and functional specifications of applications and peripheral systems.
•Safeguard technical quality of each project in line with company standards.
•Meet with external stakeholders during the complete phase of the project.
•Liaise with Service Department during the test/commissioning phase.
