Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support to the field service team, coordinating with German team to escalate, monitor, and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate and manage after-sales service activities, including site visits and oversight of third-party service providers.
- Plan and dispatch technical support resources for BESS service projects.
- Oversee maintenance contracts and maintain regular customer engagement through recurring service reviews.
- Support after-sales commercial activities, including quotation preparation and supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and R&D teams to support project initiatives, resource planning, testing activities, and special projects.
