Key Responsibilities
- Innovate training content – explore opportunities to deliver our training materials in new formats such as videos, e-learnings, podcasts, avatars or custom-made applications
- Shape outstanding training programs – create and maintain state-of-the-art materials, case studies, and exercises for our existing GAIN training initiatives
- Support training delivery – assist with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of training sessions internally and/or for our clients
- Build the future – enhance our clients’ capabilities by training them to work with data and AI both in their daily activities and at a more strategic level
- Improve our delivery – support the evolution of our learning platform and ensure that all participants enjoy an excellent (learning) experience
