Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal advice to management and business stakeholders across a broad range of matters.
•Manage legal, compliance, and regulatory risks and support the implementation of internal policies and governance processes.
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, employment, and other business agreements.
•Advise on employment, corporate, administrative, and other legal matters, including M&A activities.
•Support the protection and enforcement of the company’s intellectual property rights.
•Monitor relevant legal developments and assess their impact on the business.
•Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical risk assessments and recommendations.
•Manage relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and authorities.
•Support the resolution of complex legal matters and promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and accountability.
