Key Responsibilities
- Design and build onboarding flows and guided implementation experiences that walk new customers through setup.
- Build data migration tooling that lets customers import equipment, contacts, and projects reliably, with smart validation and clear, row-by-row error feedback.
- Make core interactions feel intuitive and modern.
- Remove every unnecessary obstacle between a new customer and their first successful project.
- Roll out changes safely and validate impact.
- Work closely with sales, support, and customer success to identify friction points and turn moments of confusion into moments of clarity.
