Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination and tracking of commercial initiatives and campaigns, aligning timelines, action items, and stakeholders.
- Create and manage tickets, document requirements, and maintain system statuses.
- Coordinate content and asset inputs, managing versions, aligning approvals, and conducting pre-launch quality checks.
- Maintain and improve consumer-facing content areas like Online Magazines.
- Conduct content checks and light performance monitoring to improve customer journey.
