Key Responsibilities

• •Lead end-to-end ERP projects, translating approved business initiatives into structured project plans and successfully delivering them from initiation through go-live and handover.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams and implementation partners to keep projects aligned, on track and focused on delivering value.
• •Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committees, managing project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies and decision-making while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Build strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating predominantly internal stakeholders while effectively managing external implementation partners and vendors where required.
• •Promote delivery excellence by applying the most suitable project methodology - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid - and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management standards across Enterprise Systems.
