Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo).
- Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 20–30 hires.
- Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments.
- Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level.
