- Act as a strategic finance partner to the CIO and IT leadership team
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Provide financial perspectives to shape IT strategy
- Co-design and evolve IT investment prioritization and capital allocation process
- Coordinate and develop business cases for IT initiatives
- Ensure resources are allocated to initiatives with highest value creation
- Own IT cost and investment reporting across the organization
- Ensure transparency, accuracy, and IFRS-compliant reporting of IT spend
- Structure IT costs and investments in line with business steering
- Monitor budgets and investments to ensure financial discipline
