Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Logistics and Operations teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
- Analyze operational costs, KPIs, and variances to identify efficiency gains and cost optimization opportunities.
- Lead financial support for logistics investment projects — from business case development to project controlling.
- Monitor and challenge operational spending to ensure alignment with strategic and budgetary goals.
- Maintain and develop the Logistics Scorecard, translating key performance data into meaningful insights.
- Contribute to working capital optimization through selective support on stock and payment term evaluations.
