Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate sample holders, magnetic shielding, brackets, and other components used to package, shield and mount quantum processors & amplifiers.
- Taking ownership on projects: Work with design and measurement teams to collect product requirements (e.g., form factor, ease of use, high-density integration) and translate into practical, manufacturable designs.
- Document designs, technical drawings, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and future scaling.
- Select and manage suppliers, including overseeing outsourced manufacturing, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
