Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze global digital regulations, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and the Digital Services Act (DSA), to assess their impact on Prosus companies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining intellectual property compliance programs in collaboration with the Group IP Lead.
- Support the Global Head of Competition Policy in implementing competition law initiatives and related projects.
- Support the Group Head of Privacy, Digital & AI Governance in implementing privacy, AI and digital regulation initiatives and related projects.
- Draft presentations and conduct training sessions on digital and regulatory topics for internal stakeholders.
- Explore and test AI tools to enhance regulatory and legal processes, including building and optimizing AI-driven tools using the Toqan platform.
