Key Responsibilities
- Drive compliance and certification activities for advanced embedded computing systems targeting global markets, including CE, UL, FCC, RoHS, and REACH.
- Support product development teams with compliance expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical design solutions that support product innovation and market access.
- Specify and execute verification activities for electrical safety, EMC, and environmental compliance.
- Contribute to product safety and risk management activities, including DFMEA, PFMEA, and product risk assessments.
- Investigate and resolve complex compliance, safety and EMC challenges.
- Lead certification activities with external laboratories, notified bodies, and regulatory authorities to achieve timely product approvals.
- Support prototype builds and manufacturing activities from a compliance and safety perspective.
- Evaluate the technical and compliance impact of engineering change requests throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, declarations of conformity, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
