Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cable harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Ensure high build quality and accuracy with a strong focus on 'right-first-time' manufacturing
- Perform hands-on cable harness assembly, including routing, crimping, connecting, and securing components
- Identify and report quality issues or design improvements that affect manufacturability
- Provide constructive feedback to engineering and design teams to support product improvements
- Work independently while meeting production timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues on the shop floor to ensure smooth production flow
- Adapt to changing priorities, tasks, or schedules when needed
