•Lead the development of complex precision mechanical and mechatronic systems.
•Define system architectures and make critical design decisions for high-performance products.

•Drive technical excellence in areas such as thermal stability, stiffness, dynamic behavior, and sub-micron positioning accuracy.
•Perform and oversee structural and thermal analyses to validate system performance.
•Guide Design for Manufacturing activities, ensuring robust and cost-effective solutions.
•Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical leadership across projects and disciplines.
•Act as a key technical stakeholder for customers, suppliers, and internal development teams.
