Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize mechanical products using Siemens NX
- Convert requirements into product design considering manufacturability, quality, safety, cost, sustainability
- Select components collaborating with procurement, process owners, project managers
- Create test plans and specifications; perform product testing (thermal, shock, vibration)
- Document design choices and test results
- Perform calculations, design simulations and analysis
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during development and production
- Design and develop cables and harnesses using E3 software
