Key Responsibilities
- Set the long-term frontend vision, shape architectural designs, and drive the tooling roadmap to meet non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Define coding standards, design systems, and strategies for code evolution, SSDLC security, and multi-team branching/deployment.
- Lead technical direction across domains, evaluate third-party frameworks, and pioneer new technologies.
- Act as frontend practice lead, mentoring senior engineers, running chapters and guilds, and representing Priva in external tech communities.
