Key Responsibilities
- Build close and strategic engagement with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective cybersecurity solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with business leaders, understand their technical environments and business goals, and translate them into security requirements and risk considerations.
- Lead security assessments within the different business units/sites and have a good understanding of the business security maturity.
- Define and drive the cybersecurity solution roadmap, based on business priorities, business IT environments and architecture, regulatory requirements and aligning with enterprise architecture.
- Be an integral part of the Business engagement team to be the primary liaison between security and business stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and trust, building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Be part of a high-performing team, promoting continuous learning, ownership, and leadership across the cybersecurity organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory trends, proactively adapting strategies and solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, influence, and decision-making skills, especially in high-stakes or ambiguous environments.
