Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute multi-year product roadmaps, combining market research, user data and customer feedback into high-impact software and hardware initiatives.
- Work side-by-side with R&D, Software/Hardware Engineering and UX/UI teams to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements, technical specifications and user stories.
- Drive product positioning, define pricing models and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales on launch strategies, product demos and annual Product Days.
- Partner directly with key global accounts, researchers and scientific leaders to pilot, validate and co-develop next-generation products in real-world environments.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, establishing clear KPIs for product releases and driving continuous improvement across Engineering, Sales and Application teams.
