Key Responsibilities

•Own and govern complex program portfolios across Design Enablement and Platform Management.
•Drive DEC milestone execution, risk management, and decision transparency.
•Establish program governance structures, dashboards, and cadence for senior leadership.
•Contribute to AoP process for Design Enablement.
•Lead enablement programs for semiconductor technology platforms.
•Act as key integrator between process technology, design, IP owners, and product groups.
•Coordinate execution across distributed global teams.
•Chair global leadership forums and drive alignment.
•Partner with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to translate strategy into plans.
