Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and own IDR meetings, assessing 1000+ inventions per year.
  • •Responsible for NXP's ID and filing target.
  • •Act as NoA system responsible/owner.
  • •Continuous efficiency gain of the entire Ops group.
  • •Reporting responsible: Due Diligence, Portfolio analyses, Benchmark, Monthly, IP dashboard, Remuneration dashboard.
  • •Portfolio Review responsible (twice a year).
  • •Local IP office responsibility for the IP team at that location (in time).
  • •Handle 1000+ IDs per year efficiently and qualitatively.
  • •Handle 500+ Filing target per year.
  • •Uptime NoA system + recovery responsible + liaise with IT organization.
  • •Efficiency target for the group in terms of group size for required filing activities.
  • •Reporting related items: Analyses, Due Diligence, Monthlies, dashboards.
  • •Financial responsibility: understand cost base, quarterly assessment of IP group status and pruning capability.
  • •Lead German and Austrian remuneration activity automation project.
