Key Responsibilities

•Drafting and reviewing key commercial agreements (supply and offtake agreements, tolling agreements, PPAs, realisation agreements, EPC contracts) and supporting clients in negotiations.
•Advising on the development of (renewable) energy projects.
•Advising on regulatory frameworks shaping the energy market, including licensing and permitting.
•Preparing legal analyses and memoranda on complex contractual and regulatory issues.
•Advising on energy-related M&A and banking transactions (acquisitions, divestments, project financing) relating to renewable energy projects.
