Key Responsibilities
- Initiating, guiding, and implementing improvement projects that drive Neways NAA’s growth and control
- Supporting the development of NAA’s “strategic/operational” goals
- Guiding and supporting large improvement programs
- Optimizing the current improvement structure within NAA
- Implementing lean management methods (e.g., standard work for leaders, 6S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED)
- Training and coaching colleagues with Lean Production methods to support goal achievement
