Key Responsibilities

•Work on a multi-year, large-scale new construction project in OutSystems
•Build a Business Process Management (BPM) application on top of pension administration in SAP
•Optimize processes and customer experience
•Achieve standardization, simplification, and optimization of core processes
•Play a leading role in shaping the new application
•Work closely with developers, analysts, testers, and other teams
•Handle integrations with pension administration, customer administration, digital channels, CRM, and Output manufacturing street
•Responsible for quality and future-proofing of systems
•Involved in preparing user stories and technical implementation
•Monitor application architecture and code quality
•Engage in knowledge sharing with multiple DevOps teams
•Work closely with Center of Excellence to improve best practices
