Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Savings & Bancassurance domain Lead and translating the domain’s goals into a Technology roadmap and change portfolio
- Identifying and fulfilling long-term staff needs, matching team skills to emerging technologies
- End-to-end management of the domain’s products, securing 24/7 availability, performance and stability
- Managing IT vendors and stakeholders, monitoring and securing vendor SLA compliance
- Control and risk management, driving cybersecurity, resilience and stability
- Providing leadership during emergencies to minimise business disruption
