Key Responsibilities

•Drive market positioning & product strategy
•Translate mission into clear product vision grounded in market needs
•Own AI and data strategy, embedding ML, NLP, and LLMs into patient identification, trial matching, and RWD workflows
•Build a culture of velocity: short cycles, fast decisions, high deployment frequency (CI/CD)
•Architect for global scale & governance: scale cloud-native platform, transition to Kubernetes and Terraform, ensure GDPR and US health data compliance
•Serve as product & technology representative to Supervisory Board and BioPharma clients
•Collaborate with commercial to ensure product roadmap enables commercial success
