Key Responsibilities

•Setting up and keeping the technical maintenance plan on track, both short-term and long-term (including OPEX and CAPEX)
•Making sure all technical work meets class rules, flag state requirements, and operational needs
•Coordinating maintenance activities with the Operations team so plans match reality
•Preparing and managing repairs and dry-docking projects from start to finish
•Keeping a close eye on spare parts and critical components
•Checking the overall technical condition of the tugboats through inspections and follow-up
•Making sure technical documentation is accurate, clear, and up to date
