Key Responsibilities
- Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection
- Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection
- Providing expert advice with confidence and pride, including finding the right sizes and offering inspiring styling tips
- Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience, such as pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment
- Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out
