- Complete a 14-week IT Bootcamp covering technical skills and IT role exploration
- Participate in a 13-week internal internship in a simulated Dutch Agile work environment

- Develop soft skills through workshops on presenting, assertiveness, and teamwork
- After training, be mediated towards a paid job at a partner company
- Receive personal coaching, evaluations, and additional workshops for 18 months after placement
