Key Responsibilities

•Prepare for a career in the Dutch IT sector through technical IT skills training, insights into Dutch work culture, and soft skills workshops
•Learn software development and understand how the workplace operates in the Netherlands
•Participate in sessions on topics such as presenting, assertiveness, and teamwork
•Complete Basic Training (2 weeks): Dutch work culture, communication, presentation techniques, CV building, Agile/Scrum methodologies
•Complete IT Bootcamp (12 weeks): Business IT (Project Management, Business Requirements, Artificial Intelligence), Back-end Development (Python, FastAPI, DevOps), IT Principles (Testing, ITIL, Cloud Computing, Information Security)
•Complete Internal Internship (12 weeks): apply knowledge in a simulated Dutch Agile work environment at Motopp, work on applications in Sprints, receive feedback from trainers and mentors
•After training, start working with a partner company in a role such as software developer, system administrator, or business analyst
•Receive ongoing support with personal coaching, regular feedback, and workshops during the first 18 months
