Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end project life cycle from briefing, creative development, to delivery
•Develop and help define processes both internally and across multiple agencies and their teams
•Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across assigned marketing programs
•Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs
•Ensure the appropriate resources are in place and manage their time day to day and hour to hour
•Work closely with teams to deliver on the project scope of deliverables
•Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team
•Manage trafficking creative for client review and feedback
•Track project changes and their impact on the cost/timeframe of project delivery
•Review project hours burn reports for program accuracy and risks
