Key Responsibilities

•Own Jetpack Compose development end-to-end: implement production UI, design system components, navigation patterns, and state management using best practices
•Build with modern Android standards: scalable module structure, maintainable patterns, and architecture designed for long-term evolution—implemented in Kotlin
•Deliver resilient production code, prioritizing performance tuning, responsive UI, secure networking, safe storage, and memory/thread safety
•Design and implement core Android app layers using Retrofit/Ktor, Room, Dagger/Koin, Architecture Components, Coroutines, and reactive patterns
•Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests to improve testability and participate in the overall test strategy
•Maintain and improve hands-on CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and/or Bitrise
•Collaborate daily using strong engineering practices including code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation across cross-functional teams, designers, QA, and project managers
•Communicate proactively regarding risks, progress, and priorities in a clear and timely manner to keep delivery on track across multiple countries and time zones
