Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of six Solutions Engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Define the team's way of working and set OKRs aligned with Mollie Connect's strategic priorities.
- Align with Partner Management team leads to ensure seamless collaboration across commercial and technical workstreams.
- Lead upmarket pre-sales and upsell engagements, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop and refine the team's consultative selling approach for larger, more complex platform partners.
- Stay hands-on with complex integrations, particularly multi-entity setups with compliance, regulatory, or architectural challenges.
- Guide the team in supporting partners from integration design through technical validation and go-live.
- Represent the voice of platform partners in product discussions and contribute to shaping the Mollie Connect roadmap.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure solutions reflect real-world partner needs.
