Key Responsibilities
- Own senior level strategic engagement and execute the enterprise account strategy for priority healthcare clients in the region
- Serve as executive sponsor for senior customer relationships, including C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships based on shared value, outcomes, and strategic alignment
- Deliver revenue, margin, and long-term value objectives for EA&IHS
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, and multi-year growth plans
- Lead collaboration across Operating Units and functions to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions
- Translate enterprise customer needs into coordinated, scalable execution across Medtronic
- Lead, develop, and engage the EA&IHS team across the Benelux region
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Medtronic values
- Coach leaders and build strong succession and talent pipelines
- Define and orchestrate country leadership governance
- Communicate performance, risks and strategic progress transparently to regional leadership
- Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Medtronic policies
