Key Responsibilities

•Build and deploy customer integrations yourself: REST APIs, webhooks, data mappings, connectors into core insurance systems.
•Configure and tune agents per customer: business rules encoding, workflow configuration, benchmark cycles.
•Debug production issues at the customer edge and fix what you can before escalating.
•Own the transition from Sales to Delivery, validating scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
•Lead PoC and production execution; run structured customer rituals: kickoffs, delivery check-ins, exec reviews, go-lives.
•Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations, and act early.
•Primary delivery owner for senior customer stakeholders (Director / VP / C-level), and equally credible in the room with their engineers.
•Manage expectations, push back on scope creep, protect outcomes and trust.
•Own PoC success with a clear focus on conversion to production.
•Identify expansion opportunities through delivery; feed learnings back into Product, Engineering, and GTM.
