Key Responsibilities
- Design and build our ELT platform using Fivetran, Snowflake and dbt, bringing data from CRM, fund administration, portfolio monitoring and investor systems into one central platform.
- Model data into a reliable, tested and well-documented analytics layer, with clear ownership and agreed definitions for key metrics.
- Build reporting and dashboards that teams across the firm genuinely rely on, replacing manual reporting processes where possible.
- Establish the engineering fundamentals, including version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and documentation, so the platform remains maintainable and auditable as it grows.
- Onboard new data sources and entities as we scale and integrate with other businesses.
- Work directly with stakeholders across Investments, Investor Relations, Sales, Fund Management, Finance, Operations and HR to translate business questions into valuable data products.
- Carry out hands-on analysis where this is the fastest and most effective route to an answer.
- Own the architecture of the analytics platform as it matures and contribute to the wider Data & Technology roadmap.
- Where it fits your skills and interests, build internal tools and automation beyond the data platform.
