Key Responsibilities
- Regie over de financiële cyclus: ownership over maandafsluiting, consolidatie, jaarrekening en managementrapportages voor alle entiteiten
- Audit readiness & compliance: stroomlijnen interne beheersing (IC) en voorbereiden op eerste externe controle, eerste aanspreekpunt voor accountant
- Internationale integratie: integreren van nieuwe Duitse entiteit in de financiële cyclus en zorgen voor uniforme, betrouwbare rapportagelijnen
- Procesoptimalisatie & AI: finance-processen slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder maken door automatisering en AI-tools
