- Own large, multi-channel project execution from kickoff to launch, aligning stakeholders and external partners
- Design and implement scalable Studio processes—SLAs, intake workflows, ways of working across the team
- Identify and solve operational inefficiencies, minimizing misalignments and maximizing team autonomy
- Facilitate rituals: lead kickoffs, run retros, constantly improve collaboration in fast-moving environments
- Serve as the central point of contact—setting timelines, sharing clear updates, keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders aligned
