Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to ensure systems fit within the architectural aesthetic and structural constraint
- Manage Contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and mitigate project risks
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure MEP systems and all containment/integration elements are installed and commissioned to design specifications
- Lead project meetings and coordinate activities with other construction disciplines
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards
- Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships
- Use of cloud-based project management tools for real-time site updates
