Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the health, performance, and availability of the Lely Hub platform and central technician tooling.
- Resolving complex operational incidents and supporting second and third-line investigations.
- Coordinating releases, rollouts, and operational readiness activities to ensure smooth deployments.
- Improving monitoring, observability, security, and access management capabilities across the platform landscape.
- Working together with Product Development teams and operational stakeholders to translate field feedback into structural improvements.
- Maintaining documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge materials while supporting and training technicians when needed.
