Key Responsibilities

•Lead, grow and develop the Data Science & AI team within Data&AI
•Give direction and provide input for the integrated product roadmap by collaborating with other Data & AI leads and Business Teams
•Take multi-disciplinary responsibility as part of the Product Development Leadership team and the Data & AI MT
•Build strong relationships with stakeholders and data science partner company
•Bring technical and soft skills of the Data Science & AI team to a higher level and increase impact and adoption in Business Teams
•Set direction for evolving Data & AI infrastructure (together with Data Engineering)
•Drive growth of AI knowledge and development within and outside the Data & AI Competence
•Shape Data Science & AI strategy: where to invest, which technologies to adopt, what to build or procure
