Key Responsibilities

•Provide third-line support for questions, incidents, and bugs related to digital products such as Lely Horizon
•Gather data, analyze complex issues, and formulate structural solutions together with stakeholders
•Collaborate effectively with colleagues from Product Development, Support, and Operations to implement improvements
•Contribute to the development of structural monitoring and optimization processes
•Ensure clear documentation of analyses, solutions, and improvement proposals
•Visit Lely offices to strengthen cooperation with international colleagues
