Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of business-critical Node.js services around authentication, authorization, and user management.
- Own components like PDF export and chat delivery via Redis.
- Drive continuous improvement, stabilization, and simplification of systems.
- Handle frontend work as it comes up.
- Participate in scrum rituals (dailies, refinements, retros, planning).
- Serve as a point of contact for application administrators and customer support for technical assistance.
