•Own and drive the roadmap and backlog for core platforms (PIM, DAM, CIAM, personalization, analytics, marketing tech)
•Define and execute the platform evolution strategy, including AI enablement and automation opportunities
•Ensure maximum business adoption and value realization of SaaS platforms across teams
•Manage delivery via external/nearshore partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and SLA performance
•Safeguard stability, scalability, integrations, and compliance in collaboration with architects and tech leads
