Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap and backlog for core platforms (PIM, DAM, CIAM, personalization, analytics, marketing tech)
- Define and execute the platform evolution strategy, including AI enablement and automation opportunities
- Ensure maximum business adoption and value realization of SaaS platforms across teams
- Manage delivery via external/nearshore partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and SLA performance
- Safeguard stability, scalability, integrations, and compliance in collaboration with architects and tech leads
