Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across global business units.
- Drive end-to-end OTC/OTB process design including Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, ATP and Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Billing and Invoicing, EDI/Customer Integration, Returns and Claims Management, e-invoicing, SAP DRC.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define roadmap strategies, process improvements, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Manage large-scale projects and agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, EDI, Middleware, and Master Data teams.
- Establish governance, testing strategy, deployment planning, and change management processes to ensure successful business adoption.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, customer experience, and revenue enablement.
- Mentor and manage internal teams, external consultants, and offshore resources while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Support innovation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and intelligent automation within the Order to Cash ecosystem.
- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards, compliance requirements, internal controls and SAP best practices.
